What’s a folk tale without great characters? Folktale Gin uses the finest traditional gin ingredients including English juniper, English angelica root, coriander seed, lavender flower, cassia bark, cardamom and fresh citrus to set the stage. But our story really gets going when our own Australian native characters join in, with lemon and anise myrtles and pepperberry, combining with local Cooroy Mountain spring water, to produce our truly unique gin.
